Below, I share my personal experience as a mother, a daughter, a sister, and overall caregiver to loved ones who exhibit mental instability. Society has condition myself as well as many others to turn a blind eye to either the harshness that comes w/ mental illness and the abuse that may be aligned with it. I am here to bring light for the family members and supporters who suffer in the shadows of those with mental illness.  I know that I am not alone...you are not alone, and our mental health matters.
